Light set chameleon
The lighting follows the feature.
RGB LED illumination set with digitally adjustable intensity and colour. Mechanical attachments extend the base ring light with dome, low-angle or dark-field configurations. Multiple units can be linked mechanically and electrically.

Vision Tube
Image processing in a compact housing.
PC-based image processing system in an aluminum housing with camera, lighting, digital inputs and outputs and touch control. The version described on the existing page contains a 10-MP camera, variable focus as well as coax and dome illumination. The software is selected according to the inspection task, for example HALCON for code verification.

Conveyor

Conveyor with adjustable belt width and length and an integrated backlit inspection area for continuous or strobed illumination. Speed is controlled through a PLC or external potentiometer. The endless belt has no splice.
