QBIC Rims – flush & gap
Robot-guided 3D measurement of gaps and height offsets between plastic blades and aluminium rims in the low micrometre range.
Technical details
A 20 MP camera determines centring, rotational position and wheel type. A six-axis robot guides the 3D sensor to inspection positions. Measurements are compared with agreed tolerances and recorded for each point.

Integration into your production line
PLC communication, interlocks and inspection results are coordinated with your line. OPC UA, image storage and MES/QM connectivity are implemented according to the agreed interface scope.
