On the belt there is already a profile structure “gallows” on which the system can be mounted. The hygienic design control cabinet around the system is customer-facing. A switch cabinet for the 19′′ computer with monitor, keyboard, etc. is also already available and can be used. CRETEC designs the image processing and evaluation according to customer specifications. The main criteria are dimensions in length, width, height and the planarity of the surface, as well as the degrees of browning of the products. All measurement data should be communicated with the customer system as a statistical trend. The interface to this is still being tuned. The standard is OPC UA, TCP/IP, ProfiNet and CSV files.
