The aim is to define a specification for the customer, which can be applied globally both for location XXX and for other locations.
The following points should be clearly defined:
• Cable colors for the areas:
- field buses
- TCP/IP connections within the facilities
- Overarching corporate network
- Measurement networks
• Overview scheme “Network Topology”
- Overview scheme factory "rough"
- Overview scheme on the plant side "fine"
• Guidelines for cable laying of communication lines within the facilities
Related standard and technical guidelines, if any.
• Specification of the required hardware
- Manufacturer
- Type
- Supplier
• Network switches with specification
• Network lines
• Plug connections
