The customer needs a universal inspection cell for various quality tests. This inspection cell shall be:
Being closed off from ambient light
- Include a slide with grooved plate for flexible mounting of holders
- The sled can move out, a component can be put on, drive back to it
- Then the check takes place and the result is displayed on the HMI
- The inspection cell should be compatible with the customer standard and work on the basis of its PC-based automation
- The inspection cell should contain 8 cameras with lighting for a wide variety of tests
