Injector: X/Y/rotational position of three small holes Project type: Automotive Date 2022 An additional inspection is to be built into an existing system. The additional test shall determine the position of three 80 μm holes in relation to the outer edge of the component. The two references are located in two different Z-levels. The camera must look at the test surface by 90°. For this project we offer a new camera with the appropriate resolution and the corresponding lighting and algorithms. These components are built into the system by the customer and we take over the programming of the inspection and the integration into the existing system.
