The gums are checked for quality on the conveyor belt.
There is always only one type (a variety).
There are 50 different varieties.
The tape moves at a speed of: Still to be defined
It is controlled in 3 shifts with two employees each. There are two bands.
Defective parts should be removed from the tape by a robot. Fine parts remain on the tape and go through the rest of the process.
The parts to be tested are always at a certain distance from each other on the belt. If they are on top of each other, they will be sorted out as NOK.
