The customer manufactures automated FOUP (Front Opening Unified Pod) cleaners for the semiconductor area.
Image processing components are required for these machines. The current supplier is to be replaced due to fluctuating quality in lighting performance and homogeneity.
This project evaluates which components are suitable for use.
The features of the machines "1" are now to be transferred to the machines “2”. For this purpose, it is necessary to define the mechanical mounting points as well as the number, distances and angles of the cameras and illuminations.
