In an existing plant, the Z-ring control is to be improved.
In the current setup, there were several false IO evaluations.
Evaluation criteria:
- Z-ring is present
- Z-ring in the correct position (top/bottom) - Z- ring in the right position (rotation) - Z ring does not stand high (0.1mm)
90° from above, a screwdriver is guided. Since this would be located in the image field, the image acquisition should take place obliquely from the side.
Camera and lighting should be at the same angle to each other.
In addition to the lighting, an LED lines pattern will be projected onto the test region.
