The components are to be tested according to several fault characteristics.
This preliminary examination clarifies the feasibility with regard to image processing.
This image processing solution can then be integrated into a machine tool.
In the overall concept, CRETEC is to take over the complete handling. Pick up from the tape, check from both sides, put back on the tape.
Step 1 we will be a feasibility on site, in an existing customer phototype plant. For this purpose, only image processing is required.
Step 2 then the extension of the first plant with complete handling.
