The customer is a manufacturer of turbochargers.
In a XXXX robotic welding machine, the height of small metal parts must be checked before welding. See image below.
There is a positioning mechanism in the field of view, and the robot's operating range must be kept clear so that a working distance of about 1,000 mm is required. See image below.
The cycle time should be "as fast as possible". A test within 1 second is in order.
